Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a Shopping Cart Rescue Specialist to reach out via chat, text, and voice to recover abandoned carts and guide buyers to checkout. You’ll rescue opportunities, upsell with empathy, and collaborate with teams to improve conversion using Shopify and CRM tools.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, thrive on targets, and enjoy a fully remote role with commissions, time off, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of remote/online sales or customer support experience.
• Experience within a digital retail ecosystem (upselling, cart recovery, or renewals).
• Persuasive, conversational communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with digital hubs like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Rescue Lost Opportunities: Handle abandoned cart follow-ups, win-backs, and subscription recoveries to keep customers coming back.
• Upsell with Empathy: Spot the perfect moment to introduce product bundles, cross-sells, or upgrades naturally during chats and calls.
• Guide the Journey: Engage buyers over chat, email, phone, and SMS to solve product inquiries and remove friction before they hit buy.
• Master the Backend: Use Shopify and advanced CRM tools to modify, update, and fix order data on the fly.
• Collaborate & Win: Partner with internal teams to share shopping behavior insights and maximize sales conversions.
