Job summary

You will prepare client meeting data, generate weekly performance reports, and coordinate with media buyers and creatives to drive account growth. Remote collaboration with US hours is important.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing, marketing, or e-commerce support roles (1–2 years).
• Strong written communication to produce clear client-facing messages.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking and deadlines.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce metrics: ROAS, AOV, conversion rate.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and data for client meetings; send same‑day recaps with owners and deadlines.
• Create weekly client reports by compiling data from media buying activities and flag anomalies.
• Maintain account task boards in Asana; track commitments and deadlines.
• Coordinate with media buyers, creative, and development to align briefs with growth plans.
• Draft client responses for Account Manager review; learn the company service standards.
• Shadow Account Managers on strategy, renewals, and escalations toward independent ownership.
