Job summary

Living in a Bubble is seeking a senior CRO specialist to own our experimentation program end to end — audit, roadmap, test design, execution oversight, and reporting — working hand in hand with our Shopify developer. This is a hands-on-strategy role for an autonomous operator.

You'll set the roadmap, make sequencing calls, and run the program without day-to-day management. We want the person who brings discipline — not one who waits to be told what to test next.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce CRO or growth strategy with verifiable scale results.
• Proven CVR and AOV uplift from past engagements.
• Fluency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps/session replay tools.
• Experience with Shopify-compatible experimentation platforms.
• Strong statistical testing knowledge and sample sizing.
• Able to guide a developer with clear briefs and autonomy.
• Excellent written English with actionable briefs.

Responsibilities

• Run audits across data, UX, and conversion using GA4, Shopify Analytics, session recordings, and Core Web Vitals.
• Develop a 90-day prioritised experimentation roadmap.
• Write clear briefs for the Shopify developer and oversee builds.
• Own test cadence from briefing to QA and decide test outcomes with statistical discipline.
• Report monthly on CVR, AOV, ROI and provide recommendations.
• Prioritise test targets and sequencing across product pages, cart, and checkout.
