You will craft strong proposals, bid on projects daily, identify client needs, and maintain visibility. This is a results-driven position focused on converting leads into sales while coordinating with the team after project closure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Understanding of digital services/agency work.
• Ability to close deals independently.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily.
• Write strong, customized proposals to win clients.
• Identify client needs and communicate effectively.
• Maintain Upwork profile visibility and response rate.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with PM/team after project closure.
• Maintain daily reporting of bids and wins.
