Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management (remote/agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.
• Coordinate with BD team, freelancers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients when required and ensure satisfaction.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
• Track progress and ensure on-time project completion.
• Identify risks/issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
