Job summary

DevCore System is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join its remote team on a 100% commission-based basis. The role focuses on client hunting, lead generation, outreach, client communication, negotiation, and deal closing for software and digital services.

You will identify and engage potential international and local clients, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with the development team to convert requirements into projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client hunting and deal closing.
• Experience generating clients or projects for a company, agency, or business.
• Practical experience with cold calling and/or cold messaging.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify potential international and local clients.
• Perform cold calling, cold messaging, and email/LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate and manage leads.
• Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records.
• Work with the development team to convert requirements into projects.
• Meet agreed monthly and weekly performance targets.
