Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable communicating by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing questions via email and phone.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance).
• Manage and track billing inquiries and collection activities with clear documentation.
