Kelly seeks an AR Analyst to support Accounts Receivable for customers in the North America region (US, Canada, Puerto Rico). The role requires independent work with internal teams and customers to ensure timely, accurate billing and collections.

Responsibilities include managing a high-volume AR portfolio, reducing past-due balances, and reporting on AR metrics. Candidates should have 3+ years in accounting/finance and a degree in related field.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• 3+ years in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Payroll.
• Experience with high-volume, high-dollar collections is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a complex, high-volume AR portfolio with aim to reduce past due dollars.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve AR issues and pursue collections.
• Escalate concerns per Aging Administration instructions to the next level when needed.
• Assist with special projects and identify efficiencies within the department.
• Document processes and maintain account instructions.
