Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable/payable, billing operations, or claims processing.
• Experience with centralized billing systems and QC processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR, invoicing, collections, and payment application.
• Handle end-to-end AP including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Investigate billing disputes, discrepancies, and claims; resolve them.
• Perform centralized billing quality control reviews for accuracy.
