Real Hires is seeking an After-Hours Client Intake Specialist to support prospective clients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. You will guide clients through the intake process and ensure a smooth transition to the right team.

In this 100% remote, full-time role, you''ll handle after-hours inquiries, collect documentation, and maintain accurate records while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client intake, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A confident, compassionate, and professional phone presence.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach or similar practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming after-hours calls and client inquiries.
• Guide prospective clients through the intake and onboarding process.
• Explain services, expectations, and next steps.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documentation.
• Follow up to gather missing information.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate client records while delivering exceptional customer service.
