Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Ltd. seeks a dynamic Relationship Manager for Retail Banking in Karachi to acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with high-value retail customers and affluent professionals.

Qualifications

4–7 years of banking experience in Liability Sales, Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Banking, or Deposit Mobilization.
Strong preference for candidates with branch banking experience and a proven track record in liability sales within banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, DFIs, MFBs, or other financial institutions.
Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, deposit growth, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Acquire new liability customers and contribute to the growth of the Bank’s deposit portfolio.
Manage and deepen relationships with assigned retail and affluent customer portfolios.
Achieve CASA, term deposit, and funded customer acquisition targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
Grow customer balances through proactive engagement and relationship management.
Cross-sell retail banking products including cards, wealth solutions, remittances, and digital banking services.
Develop and maintain a healthy customer portfolio through regular interactions and engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to acquire payroll customers, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, relationship reviews, and portfolio discussions.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Work closely with Product, Performance & Growth, Distribution, and Customer Experience teams to support business objectives.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis within assigned customer segments.
Support liability campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and promotional activities.
Prepare portfolio reviews, sales pipelines, management reports, and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, SBP regulations, and internal governance requirements.
