Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Specialist Regulatory Affairs to support PTA-compliant SIM sale enforcement across nationwide channels. You will report to Expert Regulatory Operations and lead a small team, coordinating field inspections and enforcement actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and experience in regulatory affairs, with knowledge of Pakistan's telecom framework. Expect collaboration with HQ Regulatory Operations, C&RA and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Telecom Engineering, Management Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance monitoring, audits, investigations or enforcement-related functions.
• Knowledge of Pakistan's telecom regulatory framework and PTA Rules, Regulations & SOPs on SIM sale.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing formal reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and oversight of the SIM Sale Enforcement Framework.
• Monitor compliance with PTA's BVS SOPs across authorized sales channels.
• Identify violations, document findings and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain enforcement records and report material risks to HQ Regulatory Operations.
• Collaborate with HQ Regulatory Operations, C&RA, Commercial/Sales and other functions.
• Develop and track action plans, retraining and process improvements.
