Job summary

JazzWorld Islamabad seeks an Expert Investigations professional to manage the full lifecycle of internal investigations into misconduct, fraud and policy violations. You will drive resolution of all internal reports, executing preliminary assessments, managing investigations and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate compliance investigations or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
• Strong analytical acumen and interview techniques.
• Professional discretion and ability to present case logic to executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous fact-finding and investigations into suspected internal non-compliances and operational breaches.
• Draft comprehensive investigation plans and coordinate with VEON Group Investigations and internal stakeholders to gather data and documentation.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to identify patterns and uncover electronic evidence.
• Draft detailed investigative reports, secure approvals and present conclusions at governance forums.
• Identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses; recommend corrective measures to reduce risk.
• Follow up on disciplinary actions and oversee implementation of corrective measures.
• Design communication campaigns and training to promote a transparent speak-up culture.
• Maintain the case management system with real-time status, evidence and milestones.

What you’ll own

• Conduct rigorous fact-finding and investigations into suspected internal non-compliances, procedural violations and operational breaches.
• Draft comprehensive investigation plans, coordinate with VEON Group Investigations and work with internal departments and stakeholders to gather the data, evidence and documentation needed for case management.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to identify patterns, detect anomalies and uncover electronic evidence in complex investigations.
• Draft detailed investigative reports, secure approvals and present evidence-based conclusions at company governance forums.
• Identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses, and recommend practical corrective measures to prevent future damage and reduce company risk.
• Follow up with the relevant departments on disciplinary and corrective/preventive measures approved by the Disciplinary Committee, keeping oversight of prompt implementation.
• Design communication campaigns and run regular training sessions to encourage a transparent speak-up culture and keep internal compliance, psychological safety and reporting channels top of mind.
• Maintain the case management system with real-time case status, evidence and milestones, and support special projects for the broader compliance and investigation teams.

• Reports are assessed and investigations resolved thoroughly and on time.
• Findings are evidence-based and well presented at governance forums.
• Control gaps are identified and corrective measures are implemented promptly.
