Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing legal documents to ensure they fulfill regulatory needs.
• Collecting, examining, organizing, and collating data in various formats.
• Submitting data and responding to issues from regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining understanding of company product varieties and regulatory status.
• Planning, supervising, and monitoring product trials and regulatory examinations.
• Staying updated with changes in regulatory legislation.
• Providing guidance on company guidelines, regulations, practices, and systems.
• Coordinating with marketing to obtain regulatory approvals.
• Highlighting needs for storage, labeling, and packaging, and approving data leaflets.
• Negotiating with regulatory authorities as required.
