Job summary

JazzWorld seeks a Specialist Regulatory Affairs to support the implementation and oversight of the SIM Sale Enforcement Framework, ensuring compliance with PTA directives across authorized sales channels. You will report to the Expert Regulatory Operations and lead a small team from HQ and regional units.

Qualifications

• Regulatory affairs experience and knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, audit, investigations and enforcement.
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Legal, Technology and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with PTA’s BVS SIM Sale SOPs and regulatory directives across all sales points.
• Plan and coordinate field inspections and assess on-ground compliance.
• Identify and document SIM sale violations and track corrective actions.
• Maintain centralized records of violations, investigations and outcomes.
• Report significant risks to HQ Regulatory Operations and PTA.
• Coordinate with functions to implement corrective/preventive actions and retraining.
• Analyze data to identify high-risk channels and non-compliance patterns.
• Collaborate with Regional C&RA teams to review findings and remediation.
