Job summary

JazzWorld in Karachi is seeking a Regional Head - SME Sales (South) to lead the regional commercial strategy, sales engine, and P&L for the B2B SME segment. You will drive a multi-tiered sales force, move beyond transactions to ICT system integrations and digital solutions, and own profitability across Connectivity, Digital Solutions, IoT, and analytics.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Telecom Engineering, or Business Management.
An MBA or post-graduate technical certification from a globally recognized institution is highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive techno-commercial experience in enterprise B2B sales leadership.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales revenue targets for the B2B SME segment in the South region.
Establish end-to-end sales lifecycle discipline, including pipeline metrics, market validation, customized commercial bundling, contract closures, and billing onboarding.
Drive consultative, solution-led corporate selling strategies to capture market share within Karachi's primary industrial zones, trade boards, and downstream regional business markets.
Manage and mentor a high-velocity regional unit and drive cross-functional orchestration with Pre-Sales, Technical Operations, and Product Development.
