Job summary
PTCL seeks an experienced leader to oversee SME sales strategy, planning, and execution in the South Region. You will identify profitable segments, plan initiatives, and drive revenue through innovative SME products while aligning with PTCL`s strategic goals.
Responsibilities include building a capable sales team, conducting regular product trainings, and ensuring targets are met with disciplined budgeting and market analysis. Hybrid work arrangement offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration is required or preferred.
- 7–10 years Telco/Techno-commercial experience.
- Strong understanding of ICT, IoTs, SaaS, PaaS.
- P&L management and solution design experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen the SME sales channel across the South Region.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the sales force to achieve regional targets.
- Build capability through product trainings and pipeline management.
- Drive SME revenue growth via recurring revenue targets and new opportunities.
- Review and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
