Job summary

JazzCash, Pakistan’s leading mobile financial services platform, seeks a Business Support Manager in Karachi to drive regional sales through sharp targets and insights. You will own target setting, KPI reporting, and regional promotions, coordinating with distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will oversee budgeting for regional activations, manage internal stakeholders, and provide data-driven analyses to guide sales decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of experience in business support or sales operations.
Strong knowledge of backend sales operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Set and allocate monthly sales targets and communicate to sales teams and stakeholders.
Monitor and report daily/weekly KPIs to head office and regional head.
Coordinate regional promotions, campaigns, and verify disbursements.
Manage on-ground trade marketing, budgeting across retail channels, vendor management, and SOP compliance.
Act as liaison between sales team, regional head, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
