Job summary

JazzWorld in Ghazi, Haripur, Pakistan, is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to manage franchise and retail channels in the assigned area. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and lead a small team to achieve regional sales targets and resolve daily issues.

You will monitor market activities, visit markets daily, develop distributor networks, drive JazzCash and Postpaid sales, and ensure KPI achievement across recharge, ads, and wallet services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visits markets daily to conduct spot checks and retail audits.
• Manage assigned franchise and ensure daily reports.

• Develop healthy retailer relationships and network expansion.
• Coordinate with DO and maintain service levels.
• Proactively propose process improvements.
