Job summary

JazzCash, Pakistan’s leading mobile financial services platform, seeks a Business Support Manager in Karachi to drive regional sales through sharp targets and insights. You will own target setting, KPI reporting, and regional promotions, coordinating with distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will oversee budgeting for regional activations, manage internal stakeholders, and provide data-driven analyses to guide sales decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in business support or sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of backend sales operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set and allocate monthly sales targets and communicate to sales teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly KPIs to head office and regional head.
• Coordinate regional promotions, campaigns, and verify disbursements.
• Manage on-ground trade marketing, budgeting across retail channels, vendor management, and SOP compliance.
• Act as liaison between sales team, regional head, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

As Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and regional head by managing targets, facilitating smooth operations and providing critical business analysis. You will report to the Regional Business Development Head - South.

You will handle target setting and allocation, internal stakeholder management and the clear communication and execution of sales metrics and promotions. You will also verify promotional activities and financial disbursements and coordinate with distributors to keep KPIs and resources aligned.

What you’ll own

• Set and allocate monthly sales targets in line with organizational goals, and communicate them clearly to the sales team and stakeholders.
• Tag and share target details with the head office, resolving any discrepancies or updates promptly.
• Act as the liaison between the sales team, regional head and other departments, managing internal stakeholder relationships to keep the business running smoothly.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to give the sales team insights and actionable data.
• Provide daily visibility on sales metrics and share daily and weekly KPI highlights with the head office, regional head and managers, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Design and implement regional promotional strategies and campaigns with the sales team, and verify promotional activities and financial disbursements.
• Manage on-ground trade marketing and regional activations, including budgeting across retail channels, vendor management and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with distributors to align with KPIs and resource management.

• Targets are set, allocated and communicated clearly and on time.
• Sales metrics and KPIs are visible daily and reported accurately.
• Regional promotions and activations drive sales and run in line with SOPs.
• Promotional activities and disbursements are verified accurately.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (a Master’s is preferred).
• Bring 5-7 years of experience in a business support or sales operations role, preferably in financial services or telecom, including target setting, performance analysis and backend operations at mid-level management.
• Have in-depth knowledge of backend sales operations, compliance requirements and strategic business planning.
• Bring a strategic orientation, aligning operational activity with broader business goals, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate and coordinate well, and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Are detail-oriented and organized, and manage multiple tasks with high accuracy under pressure.
