Job summary

Habib Bank Limited invites a seasoned regional leader to shape and execute sales strategies for the Central region, expanding our remittance footprint for SMEs and freelancers. You will mentor a team of sales professionals, ensure SBP, AML/KYC compliance, and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

15+ years of total professional experience with at least 10 years in banking (Trade Finance, Remittances, or SME Banking).
Proven leadership of large, geographically dispersed or high-volume sales teams.
Deep knowledge of the Central region’s economy, especially the digital export sector and freelancer financial ecosystem.
Strong regulatory and AML/KYC compliance awareness in remittance policies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies for the Central region to expand remittance footprint and lead the sales team to meet regional revenue targets.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure SBP compliance, AML/KYC adherence, and act as primary contact for audits and compliance matters.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to portfolio management and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with partners and institutional clients in the Central region and report insights to the National Coverage Head.
