Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience recruiting for Medical Billing, Healthcare, BPO, or corporate environments.
The candidate should be able to independently manage multiple vacancies, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure positions are filled within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification when required.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and ATS information.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and open positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and labor-market conditions.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Microsoft Office, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience recruiting for any of the following will be highly preferred:
- Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM
- Healthcare
- BPO
- IT
- Corporate
- Customer Service / Call Center
- Medical Billing Recruitment Experience
Experience recruiting for Medical Billing or Healthcare RCM positions is strongly preferred.
Candidates who have previously recruited Medical Billers, AR Specialists, Medical Coders, Payment Posters, Credentialing Specialists, Authorization Specialists, or other healthcare/RCM professionals will have an advantage.
