Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with a focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent sourcing strategies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
