The Real Estate Team Leader is a hands‑on player‑coach based in Pakistan, reporting to the Director of Real Estate in Houston and serving as the Director’s day‑to‑day second‑in‑command across the Company’s fuel retail, convenience store, QSR, and commercial real estate portfolio in Texas. The Team Leader leads the Company’s Pakistan‑based real estate team and personally executes acquisitions, leasing, construction and CapEx, and portfolio reporting remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Run bidding and vendor procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain budgets, schedules, estimated‑vs‑actual cost trackers, and the annual portfolio CapEx plan.
  • Approve pay applications (AIA G702/G703), change orders, retainage, and lien waivers; manage punch lists and closeout.
