Seven Arz Development Group is seeking a Real Estate Specialist in Islamabad to manage client inquiries, present available properties, and coordinate transactions from initial contact through closing.

You will maintain listings, prepare documentation, and work with development and sales teams to ensure accurate records and smooth processes while building strong relationships with buyers and investors in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, local market dynamics and basic regulatory considerations.
• Experience with Real Estate Development concepts and understanding of project plans, timelines, and development workflows.
• Sales-focused with lead generation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing techniques relevant to real estate transactions.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills; ability to respond to inquiries and manage expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and manage multiple tasks with organized records.
• Familiarity with standard office software and basic listing tools/CRM.
• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields preferred.
• Academic background in business, real estate, or related discipline an advantage.

Role Description

The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, presenting available properties, conducting site visits, and supporting real estate transactions from initial contact through closing. The Real Estate Specialist will maintain property listings, prepare basic documentation, coordinate with internal development and sales teams, and keep accurate records of client interactions. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with potential buyers and investors, providing responsive customer service, tracking market trends, and ensuring that all interactions align with company policies and local regulations.
