• Strong written communication skills for documenting clear qualification notes.

• Provide timely feedback on trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities observed during verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unclear or borderline lead cases.

This role is responsible for verifying and qualifying incoming leads against defined criteria, maintaining clear qualification notes and verdicts, and ensuring data accuracy across HubSpot and other tracking platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently under defined turnaround times while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This position requires consistent attendance, discipline in following process, and the ability to spot and escape issues before they affect downstream teams.
