Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, lead verification, auditing, data analysis or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with lead verification, quality audits, call evaluations or similar QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and perform root-cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex lead verification and two-tier reviews of unapproved leads.
• Conduct vendor health checks, refund analysis and targeted quality audits to identify data and process issues.
• Perform call quality evaluations and assess lead interactions against established quality standards.
• Analyze quality issues, trends and recurring errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor lead quality and verification accuracy, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain clear documentation and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all verification, audit and review activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes and company policies.
