Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore seeks an experienced QA tester to join our expanding team. You will review functional and non-functional requirements, build end-to-end test cases, and develop regression tests for both manual and automation efforts.

The role requires at least 5 years of QA testing experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent communication to document defects and coordinate with analysts and vendors in a fast-paced release cycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, application, and regression tests.
• Ensure software deployed to Production is defect free.
• Review requirements and build test cases for end-to-end functionality.
• Build regression test cases for Automation.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies and escalate when appropriate.
• Work with Business Analysts and software vendors to understand requirements and develop test cases.
• Create end-to-end test plans and scripts to test functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility.

Duties andResponsibilities:

Requirements

• Goodlevel of understanding property and casualty insurance solutions
  
• 5years+ of QA testing experience
  
• Strongknowledge of QA processes
  
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment, with releases coming every two weeks
  
• Planand monitor execution of test cases and report/triage/track defects, aswell as define severity and routed to the appropriate individual
  
• Verystrong communication skills, must articulate defects and provide strongdocumentation to support the same
  
• Abilityto work independently while keeping teammates apprised of progress
