Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions for U.S.-based property management clients. You will support trust accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy across ledgers, reconciliations, and data entry into QuickBooks Online and related platforms.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, maintaining ledgers for STR/LTR clients, and ensuring organized digital records for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• CA (Part-Qualified) or ACCA Affiliate/Part Qualified with experience
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and double-entry accounting
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Record rent receipts, security deposits, vendor payments, and owner disbursements.
• Maintain ledgers and journals for STR and LTR clients.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with monthly bank and trust account reconciliations.
• Enter data into QuickBooks Online, GetClearing, and VRPlatform with accuracy.
• Organize digital records for audits and compliance
