Job summary

Feral Paradox is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage U.S. bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, and lender reporting for its Washington-based operations.

The ideal candidate will handle bank reconciliations, asset tracking, and payroll data reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. ProAdvisor certification is preferred, with strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of U.S. bookkeeping experience with accurate transaction recording and reconciliations.
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills; ProAdvisor certification or training preferred.
• Experience with catch-up bookkeeping, historical record cleanup, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks Online records with consistent coding and supporting docs.
• Perform bank and balance-sheet reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Do catch-up bookkeeping to bring records up to date and accurate.
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Track equipment loans and fixed assets; manage related schedules.
• Reconcile Paychex payroll activity with GL records; identify variances.
• Organize docs for U.S. tax-prep support and lender reporting (DSCR).
• Prepare DSCR calculations and lender reporting as needed.
