Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, bills, and payments.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights as needed.
• Ensure timely filing of taxes and other financial documentation.
• Communicate with clients to address queries or discrepancies regarding their financial records.
• Provide support during audits and help prepare relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
