The ideal candidate has hands-on AP/AR, reconciliations, and basic reporting, with proficiency in Epic, Applied Epic, and Microsoft Teams. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clean document trails and compliant records.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and document management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to handle confidential financial information remotely.
• Technical proficiency with Epic, Applied Epic, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries. Reconcile daily transactions and month-end close.
• Manage AP/AR cycles, invoices, bills, and payment records; support payroll-related bookkeeping as needed.
