Job summary

Nestlé S.A. Kabirwala plant seeks a maintenance professional to ensure reliable, safe, and cost-efficient operation of all plant equipment and utilities.

You will lead preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities and drive asset reliability to minimize breakdowns and support TPM-driven performance. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience (food/FMCG preferred) and a background in TPM/Preventive Maintenance, with basic project and budget management knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
• 1-3 years maintenance experience (food/FMCG preferred).
• Experience with TPM/Preventive Maintenance systems.
• Basic project and budget management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages.
• Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance.
• Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors.
