Job summary

Mondelez International in Pakistan seeks a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering, capital projects, and site development across its plants. You will translate business and manufacturing strategies into executable investment plans, drive innovation, and ensure reliable, safe utilities and facilities.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, CAPEX governance, and collaboration with Commercial, R&D and Supply Chain to deliver new products and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with 7–10 years in engineering, manufacturing, project management or business development.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, TPM/LEAN/Six Sigma, safety and GMP standards.
• Strong budgeting, CAPEX planning and project governance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CAPEX planning, budgeting, governance and project delivery from concept to handover.
• Drive I2M/IIM agenda with cross-functional teams including Commercial, R&D, Procurement and Quality.
• Develop site master plans for capacity expansion and new technologies.
• Ensure utilities, infrastructure, safety and energy efficiency across plants.
• Coach and develop engineering and business development teams; manage stakeholders.
