Mondelēz International Pakistan invites a seasoned Plant Engineering & Business Development Manager to steer engineering, capital projects, and site infrastructure across Pakistan plants. You will translate business and manufacturing strategies into executable investment plans, drive innovation and capacity expansion, and ensure reliable, safe, and efficient site utilities and facilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience across Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or Business Development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and engineering/project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Projects & CAPEX: Develop and execute the site capital investment roadmap, ensuring effective project planning, budgeting, governance and delivery against approved scope, cost, quality, safety and timelines.
• Drive Business Development & Innovation: Own the site I2M/IIM agenda, partnering with Commercial, R&D, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver new product launches, product and process modifications, packaging changes and innovation initiatives.
• Drive Strategic Growth & Capacity Expansion: Translate business and manufacturing strategies into site master plans, identifying opportunities for capacity expansion, new technologies, manufacturing optimization and lower-cost production solutions.
• Lead Engineering & Technical Excellence: Drive engineering standards, asset reliability, technical capability and continuous improvement, while identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost and operational efficiency.
• Own Site Utilities & Facilities: Ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective operation of site utilities and infrastructure, including power, energy, water, compressed air, HVAC, buildings and associated facilities.
• Manage External Manufacturing & Technical Solutions: Support external manufacturing development, technical assessments, capability evaluations and qualification projects to address business and supply requirements.
• Lead Project & Engineering Teams: Build and develop engineering and business development capabilities, coach project teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the plant’s strategic agenda.
