Job summary

Mondelēz International in Pakistan seeks a Plant Engineering & Business Development leader to drive the site capital investment roadmap, integrating innovation and renovation plans with site supply strategies. You will lead CAPEX projects, coordinate with Commercial, R&D, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain, and drive site utilities and facilities improvements.

The role demands strong engineering, manufacturing and project management expertise, with a focus on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, safety, GMP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related).
7–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management or business development.
Experience in food processing, packaging technologies and industrial utilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead site capital investment roadmap and end-to-end CAPEX projects.
Own I2M/IIM agenda and deliver product launches and process changes.
Translate strategy into site master plans and capacity expansion.
Drive engineering standards, asset reliability and continuous improvement.
Ensure site utilities, facilities, energy and infrastructure are reliable and compliant.
Lead cross-functional teams and coach project teams.
