Job summary

Extensive IT Services Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our Islamabad team. The role focuses on paid advertising, social media management, lead generation, analytics, and AI-powered content creation for UAE and other international markets.

You will plan and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, develop lead gen strategies, manage social accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance using GA4 and tagging tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing and social media management.
• Proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience with UAE/US/UK/Canada/Australia markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop lead generation strategies to improve conversions and ROAS.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging social media content, reels, videos, and monthly content calendars.
• Use AI tools for content creation and marketing.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, remarketing, and optimization.
• Explore automation tools like Zapier and n8n to improve efficiency.
