Bridgegold is seeking an experienced marketer to build and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, maintain landing pages, ensure tracking accuracy and collaborate with our CRM and external suppliers. You will work directly with management, our CRM/automation specialist, our SEO expert and creative partners.

The role requires hands-on campaign setup, tracking implementation and a strong sense of ownership to deliver high-quality lead generation for real estate and investment programs.

Qualificações

• At least five years of directly relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Lead-generation experience for high-value purchases or investment decisions.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Ability to investigate problems and deliver accurate work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, manage and improve campaigns across different countries and programmes.
• Implement approved budgets, targeting, keywords, placements and creative tests.
• Diagnose and resolve policy, delivery and configuration problems.
• Research search demand, audiences and competitors.
• Report expenditure and results, with clear recommendations.
• Create, publish and maintain landing pages using our existing website tools.
• Update programme pages, property listings, images, FAQs and website content.
• Check mobile layouts, loading performance, navigation, language versions, forms and WhatsApp links.
• Coordinate translated wording reviews and implement agreed corrections.
• Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversions and campaign attribution.
• Test the complete journey from advertisement to enquiry.
• Work with our CRM and automation specialist to ensure leads reach HubSpot with the correct programme and source information.
• Resolve missing events, broken connections and duplicate conversion counting.
• Prepare advertising copy, routine static images and carousels, and clear briefs for video suppliers.
• Coordinate suppliers, follow up on delivery and check the quality of their work.
• Publish approved organic content and connect it to paid advertising where appropriate.
• Maintain consistent branding and accurately implement approved translations.
• Organise your work, follow up on dependencies and meet agreed deadlines.
• Personally test changes and correct errors before reporting completion.
• Provide live URLs, screenshots and actual platform results as evidence.
• Keep campaign settings, assets and implementation records organised and documented.
