Job summary

Hightech Solutions is seeking a Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to drive online sales across laptops, desktops, and IT accessories. You will plan and optimize campaigns, manage product listings, and improve conversion rates while leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROAS.

The role requires experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and e-commerce platforms, plus strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to boost online revenue and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, e-commerce and digital sales.
Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing e-commerce websites and product catalogs. Shopify and Wordpress expert.
Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC, and sales attribution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
Develop strategies to increase website traffic, online sales, and ROAS.
Monitor budgets, CPA, conversion rates, and campaign profitability.
Create and test ad creatives, promotions, and landing pages.
Implement retargeting and optimize product listings and checkout flow.
Collaborate with logistics and payments teams for smooth order processing.
