Job summary

Noxlumyn LLC is seeking a Performance Marketer to own our paid media and creative testing. The role focuses on Meta Ads first, with Google Ads support, targeting the US market and driving measurable outcomes. You’ll own campaigns, craft compelling creatives, and collaborate with the design team to push performance forward.

Remote-friendly options exist with onsite presence in Islamabad as needed. This role emphasizes fast iteration, data-driven decisions, and clear accountability in a startup

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing US-market paid campaigns with at least $50k/month spend.
• Strong ownership of campaign performance, not just execution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance daily; optimize budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPC; identify trends and optimize accordingly.
• Develop and execute a structured creative testing pipeline.
• Collaborate with design to develop new ad creatives and write clear briefs.
