Job summary

The role emphasizes digitization and process improvement. You will coordinate benefits, health insurance related tasks, and maintain LMS records while supporting mandatory Code of Conduct training and broader capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IT or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years' experience in Employee services, payroll or administration.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including system enrollment and documentation.
• Register new joiners across HR systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide employee services support to 450+ frontline employees and handle queries.
• Coordinate health insurance cards distribution and medical claim processing.
• Support frontline training and maintain attendance/feedback in LMS.
• Plan Code of Conduct training and assist with learning initiatives.
