Pepsi North seeks an experienced HSE professional to drive health, safety and environmental compliance across projects. The role focuses on advising on hazard minimization, developing project-specific HSE documents, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local requirements.

You will lead safety initiatives, conduct toolbox talks, train staff on emergencies, investigate incidents, manage PPE programs, and support emergency response capabilities for continuous safety improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead HSE initiatives and programs.
• Experience delivering safety training and toolbox talks to diverse teams.
• Strong incident investigation and preventive action skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment guidelines by advising on measures to minimize hazards.
• Develop HSE documents for projects (warehouse safety, risk assessment, JSA, daily reports).
• Create HSE plans aligned with company policies and local communities’ requirements.
• Provide HSE leadership and operational support to all levels and activities.
• Conduct HSE awareness sessions (Toolbox Talks) and training for personnel on emergencies.
• Investigate industrial accidents, near-misses and injuries to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Train new hires on HSE matters with emphasis on hazardous tasks.
• Coordinate PPE purchase, use, maintenance and inspection.
• Develop Emergency Response team to ensure employee safety.
• Quarterly reporting of effluents and discharge gases to EPA.
• Lead wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations and compliance.
