Job summary

Disrupt is seeking an Experience Specialist who sits at the intersection of HR operations and human experience, owning the employee journey from application to offboarding. You will fix broken processes, deploy AI as a daily tool, and ensure a smooth, engaging employee experience across onboarding, recognition, and policy support.

You will partner with the Head of People Experience to keep operations running and to build scalable People Ops processes and internal HR tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or people experience roles.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity about people.
• AI fluency and ability to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Strong written communication for policies, messages, and emails.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of spotting and filling gaps.
• Comfortable with data; able to build trackers and analyze numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own People Operations: health insurance admin, exits, settlements, and compliance within timelines.
• Own People Experience: onboarding, journey touchpoints, recognition, pulse surveys, policy drafting, events.
