Job summary

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with a customer’s team, understand how its business works and take responsibility for measurable customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with business users, engineers and our central factory team. You will turn requirements into working software, connect APIs and databases, and guide adoption

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver software used by real users and explain your contributions.
• Breadth across full-stack, APIs, databases and application logic.
• Experience with coding agents, LLMs or AI-enabled workflows.
• Focus on customer outcomes and measurable business impact.
• Ability to connect people, processes, data and technology to prevent root-cause repetition.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows, owners, data, dependencies and constraints.
• Define baseline, outcome, and measurement of progress.
• Turn requirements into working software; integrate APIs, databases and third-party systems.
• Explain technical choices and collaborate with customers and team.
• Capture business rules and decisions; keep them tied to implementation and evidence.
• Verify results after launch and support adoption; document system operations and access boundaries.
• Identify recurring friction and create reusable integrations or tools with the central team.
• Balance customer needs with sustainable delivery and surface blockers early.
