Job summary

DWP Group in Lahore is seeking a proactive People Excellence Officer to support Talent Development and Organizational Development initiatives, including internships, MTOs, and technical trainee programs.

You will coordinate with universities, internal departments, and Talent Acquisition to screen candidates, onboard interns, and maintain records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Qualifications

• BBA or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR, Talent Development, or program administration experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong follow‑up, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage several activities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Talent Development programs, incl. internships, MTOs, and technical trainee programs.
• Coordinate with universities, educational institutes, and internal departments for internship placements.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
• Manage intern onboarding, orientation, departmental allocations, and related arrangements.
• Maintain intern records, attendance, performance evaluations, quiz scores, and assessment results.
• Coordinate with mentors, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective task allocation and development.
• Follow up on quizzes, assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare program reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Support other People Excellence, Organizational Development, and HR initiatives as assigned.
