You will lead needs assessments, annual training plans, onboarding, leadership development, and soft-skill training across branches and delivery teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

PostEx is looking for an experienced Manager – Training & Development to design, implement, and manage employee training programs that enhance workforce capabilities, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees, managers, and operational teams.
• Manage employee onboarding, leadership development, and soft-skills training.
• Coordinate operational training across branches, hubs, warehouses, and delivery teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor employee development.
• Manage training budgets, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including significant experience in Training & Development.
• Strong expertise in TNA, training design, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics, fintech, or a large-scale operational environment will be preferred.
