PostEx in Lahore is seeking an experienced Manager – Training & Development to design, implement, and manage employee training programs that enhance workforce capabilities, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

You will lead needs assessments, annual training plans, onboarding, leadership development, and soft-skill training across branches and delivery teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training and development.
• TNA, training design, facilitation, and evaluation expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in logistics, fintech, or large-scale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees, managers, and operational teams.
• Manage employee onboarding, leadership development, and soft-skills training.
• Coordinate operational training across branches, hubs, warehouses, and delivery teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor employee development.
• Manage training budgets, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.
