Job summary

You will drive onboarding, compliance, performance management with AI-enabled tools, employee engagement, compensation, and culture initiatives across the organization.

Collaborate with senior leadership, implement HR tech, analytics, and governance to ensure fair, data-driven people practices in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR Operations or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the full spectrum of HR operations across the organization.
• Set up AI-driven performance management and analytics systems.
• Develop HR policies, governance, and compliance.
• Lead employee lifecycle processes, onboarding/offboarding.
