Job summary

HR Ways in Karachi - Site Area is seeking an HR Officer to handle payroll processing, attendance and leave management, salary calculations, employee records, HR operations, and benefits administration. The role covers final settlements and HRIS management to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The position is onsite in Karachi with a 8:30 am to 5:30 pm workday, Monday to Saturday, and requires 2 years of experience in manufacturing HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 1-3 years of manufacturing HR experience
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS is preferred

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
• Coordinate salary disbursement with Finance.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain records.
• Update HRIS and confidential files.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
