Translation Empire in Rawalpindi is seeking a Finance Officer to manage the budget, prepare invoice reports and ensure all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. Proficiency in English and keen eye for detail are essential.

You will handle processing, billing for clients, payroll considerations, data input, and financial reporting while keeping clients informed about timesheets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Processing, billing, overseeing client accounts.
• Creating invoices and sending out to the clients.
• Following up with clients on any necessary paperwork.
• Re checking numerical errors.
• Work on payroll rates, actual and schedule hours, calculate errors, identify, and fix underpayment or overpayment and generate payroll forecasting.
• Assist in maintaining records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding timesheet and deadlines.
